Who are we?





KTC - KTC - is a community of God's kingdom to live and express the thoughts, ways, principles, values, and philosophies of thee kingdom of God in our city and outside of it. We represent an environment within which humanity is transformed, reformed and restored to the image of God by the biblical technology and its operational principles.

KTC - understands that with all the sons of God we are the church, the body of Christ, the manifestation of God in the planet, that our body is the temple of the Holy Spirit. For this reason, we don't go to the church but we are the church. We don't go to the temple but we are the living temple, the tabernacle of God not made by hands to manifest the presence of God. We are the corporate Christ because we were baptized by one Spirit in his body. And we have the strong conviction that we have been called to impart the life of God into man, life that is displayed and demonstrated through a superior lifestyle in all dimensions of relationships; marriage, parenting, work, finances, and before the civil authorities in order to give a genuine and accurate expression of the kingdom.

• Our operational dynamic is impartation, relationship and covenant.
  
  
• The spiritual technology that is imparted is extracted from the revelation taught and developed by an apostolic and prophetic leadership team.

KTC Was called to:

• Exalt God, recognizing and proclaiming his natural and moral attributes. Our culture as a local community is focused in learning, understanding, and applying the thoughts and ways of God. The exaltation of God in a mature level is based in the manifestation of his wisdom and in the execution of his will.
  
  
• Live in a constant process of Transformation. God has given us the spirit of the son and we know that our predestination is To Be conformed to the image of the son of God. This is the reason why we refuse to be conformed to the prevalent patterns of the world and we take the divine initiative to bring about a Reformation of the global church to elevate it to a position of transformation, regulation and impact over the humanistic system in the earth, and so produce the purpose of God according to his architecture.
  
  
• Develop the sons of God. The operational dynamics of the kingdom are applied in our relationships with the saints to edify them, in such a way that they can be searchers of wisdom, full of knowledge, pioneers, having social vision, having covenant, reformers, analytical, progressive, and with the capacity to govern with the principles and values of God. We bring the sons of God to the discovery of themselves by knowing the Father and the Son, with the purpose of them having full understanding to comprehend the hope of the calling, the inheritance, and the surpassing greatness of the Power of God. That they are activated to do the work of the ministry and the corporate edification of the Body of Christ, operating powerfully in their gifts, vision, and calling.
  
  
• Acculturate the sons of God. We appropriate the pattern of Jesus to edify the church “...Flesh and blood did not reveal this to you but my Father...” to establish the man/christ in the word of God (knowledge of God) and not in the history and the knowledge about God. We know that there is a single and new man in the new covenant, which is clothed with the knowledge of the last Adam, with the living word of God that edifies, activates, and authorizes him to function in God's divine purpose. Thus he receives spiritual vision through the infusion of the word (rhema and logos) which produces the faith, same as the one that pleases God to do and to culminate what is revealed in his Architecture and engineering. The culture of the kingdom is the knowledge of God in the new man and is learned by the guidance of the Holy Spirit and by the function of the fivefold gifts.
  
  
• Function within a global context, therefore we are not designed by any particular culture. We don't have ethnic, racial, national, or territorial limitations. We operate as an environment or an incubator of a new spirit that implies a highly evolved spiritual civilization, birthing people with a new mentality that are committed in a profound perpetual covenant with God and with each other; thereby operating from the dominant position of the will of God, we will communicate the gospel of the kingdom and will be manifest in the fullness of God.
  
  
• Cultivate an environment where there is the production, declaration, discovery and disseminating of the apostolic doctrine and its applications which involves adjusting our internal operating systems and the system of thoughts that give adjustment and form to external manifestation of a lifestyle.
  
  
• Be pioneers, develop, propagate, support and to link together new kingdom organizations and business entities across the earth with a prophetic purpose and apostolic mentality, and with the understanding of the economy of the kingdom.
  
  
• Establish training centers where concise and penetrative courses of study and spiritual experience is imparted that is designed to bring 21st century leaders into a place of effective ministry in the shortest possible time.
  
  

Form of Government

• We recognize the plural synergy of leadership and team ministry with headship (principal leader), which expresses itself in that two are better than one. We acknowledge and receive the laying of the foundation and governmental offices of modern day apostles and prophets and other governmental offices of pastors, teachers and evangelists whose order and rank is motivated, positioned and directed by God.
  
  

Financial Structure

• We believe that the principles of tithes and offerings are legitimate kingdom dynamics and their practice must be based on the principles of loyalty and covenant rather than blind obedience. The contribution of financial resources must be activated by the discernment of prophetic purpose and the nature of our mission.
  

Relationship Principles

• The process of relating or being engrafted in this kingdom community is based on the spiritual technology of the Cornelius connection. This involves the process of a divine initiative of God to bring two or more people together, which in turn creates an environment or incubator to powerfully advance the Kingdom in a given jurisdiction.
  
  
• By the discernment of the prophetic purpose of KTC and in a covenantal and loving submission to each other, making available your gifting, grace, and calling for the fulfillment of God's purpose in the characteristics of KTC.
  
  
• We relate by shared ownership and partnership with the vision of KTC.
  
  

KTC Culture

• We choose to define ourselves as a community rather than a church due to the traditional and historical limitations that define the church. We define the church as something you are rather than something to which you go.
  
  
• One important kingdom dynamic within the community is the concept of building. Jesus said I will build my church (Matt: 16:18). We possess a strong building ethic within our community. Therefore the operational platforms and foundational mentalities are built on the governmental technology of the present day apostles and prophets.
  
  
• Praise and worship is offered by the quality of our existence. Your lifestyle is therefore the expression of your worship to God. Praise and worship is not limited to music and the arts, although music and the arts will always be a part of our expression of praise and worship to God.
  
  
• Being strongly relational is a kingdom mandate for producing community lifestyle. Due to the nature of the mandate and principles of the kingdom community, gatherings or meetings are held in homes or auditoriums to facilitate the different levels and dynamics of KTC.
  
  
• The present three levels of operation are local, national and global. As an apostolic community we have been called to construct models, blueprints, patterns, systems of operations and flexible structures that can effectively create and facilitate kingdom colonization.
  
  
• KTC is the Congress WBN www.congresswbn.org and we have a specific relationship with Dr Noel Woodroffe and with his apostolic team who serve as an apostolic resource for our ministry.
