     Values of KTC


Set of guidelines which form the basis in our kingdom community for interpersonal relationships.


1. TEAMWORK / SYNERGY.

"Two are better than one…" to show spirit to work together with other people, putting first the common interest and obtaining synergies from that collaboration.


2. COVENANT RELATIONSHIPS.

"Can two walk together, except they be agreed?…" A relationship born by the Spirit of God and developed through a constant commitment with the agreed values and with the principles of the kingdom of God.

Treating all people with dignity, respecting their personality and their ideas, and having confidence in them / to be patient with the process of each person.


3. COMPETITIVENESS / PERSONAL STRENGTH.

"…reaching forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal…" To manifest a spirit of constant overcoming; to desire to be better servants in the kingdom.


4. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY.

"Each one will give an account of himself to God" To walk in the fear of God, development of qualities and skills, giving account.

To make personal decisions and actions for achieving the objectives of the community.


5. PIONEERING SPIRIT / INNOVATION.

"I planted…" To Enter and to explore first, then to prepare and to open the road for others that will come. Capacity to carry others to the progressive and immediate purpose of God, constantly increasing in character, lifestyle, dependence on him and revelation.


6. FLEXIBILITY / EMPATHY.

"Bearing the loads of others…" To have disposition and capacity to adapt quickly to any change of situation or need that favors the achievement of the objectives of the community.

To put oneself in another person's place.


7. CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT.

"…causes the growth of the body for the building up of itself in love" To seek constantly the mutual benefit, the plural expression and the mentality of the body, not individualism. Understanding of symbiosis. Contributing experience, knowledge, strength, wisdom and production for the benefit of the community.


8. INTERDEPENDENCY.

"Submitting to one another in the fear of the Lord" Reciprocal dependence. Mentality of operation as the body of Christ. Understanding of placement and location. Maintaining relations with the community to which you were integrated, to be committed to take care of and to improve the environment and the welfare of the people that surround us.
